I am going to see a new customer tomorrow who has apparently a carpet of this type. He told me that his previous cleaner cleaned it with a powder compound as HWE would make it 'frizzy'
Obviously I will do the tests but will an electric brush damage cashmere? (I have a Sebo duo and their dry compound)  I know cashmere is Goat hair and unil I see the carpet I am not sure if it is a mixed fibre or the cashmere forms separate panels
