I need some new gloves for work. Some that don’t rip after a couple of weeks and are waterproof.

I have waterproof  fleece lined work gloves, obviously not cut proof or flame proof, but do we need them to be for window cleaning .?  £6 a pair from my local workwear store manufacturer is   Site.
