Yeah makes me laugh you’ll be going out and buying a berlingo next 🤣🤣 yeah right oh,I  thought I might be missing something with the Ova pole but if I wanted a van to deliver croissants in I’d buy a berlingo. 💩💩

What sort of fuel consumption do you get?

I have two Ranger Super Cabs.
My first one is a MK2 IDI with 107 bhp that seems to manage around 24 mpg with half a tonne up.
This one is a MK3 tdci with 141 bhp and I've only owned it a few weeks. Just about to finish the first tank and it's looking to be around 30 mpg.

Cheers. So you have 400 to 500 lts tank , pump, reel and pole etc in the back? All fits OK? What pole (so I can gauge length)? Interesting. Real world 30mpg isn't bad at all really.
Thanks for any info you can provide.

Pretty much, yes.
400 litre, pump, agm battery, small di unit and an SLX-22.
The 22 fits perfectly into the bed.
Longer poles will sit diagonally across the tank or clip to the ladder rack.
Unfortunately my new truck had the ladder rack removed.

If you buy a later Ranger Super Cab, post 2011 you get a genuine six foot load bed into which any pole should fit.
You should, in theory, get better mpg too but they're Ford built and lack the reliability of the older Mazda built trucks.

My connect L2 240 has 3 seats in the front cab.....the middle seat is small but it's ok for the occasional short journey.....

we have a connect L2 240, there is no way you can get 3 adults in the front fronts, even a big struggle to get two children on the dual seat.
we also have transporter and that is a struggle to get two adults on the dual seat.
Best option if you want a proper three seater is a Crafter, but not the early ones as they are Mercedes Sprinter and they rot..terrible metal and paint

Forget the cup holder in the transporter with 2 passengers I wouldn’t want to be in the middle in an accident, say a quick goodbye to your kneecaps.

Yeah bit of a squeeze lol c’mon non of em are 3 seaters really,as someone said you need to be in something like a grafter or the bigger Ford with the high roof to get a half comfortable ride over any distance.

Claiming the connect has 3 useable front seats is the same as securing the tank in the back with blu-tac
Even for a short journey
