any tips for getting a red wine spill/mark of this type of floor thanks

Try QMT with a slow speed rotary with polyprop brush.

this can sometimes work

In the first instance try cleaning the stain with acetone, if this does not work the terrazzo has absorbed the red wine and you will need to poultice the stain to remove it.

I diddnt understand a word of that, try QMT which may hace acetone in it and a slow speed rotary with polyprop brush!! ;D ;)
