I know that now but read above its for my own use. I don't need 20 ltrs. I'm not bothered at £12 for one annual job on my own property. But I'll know in future if I ever decide to offer it as a service.

Everything cleaning related like bleach, hypo, or disinfectant related is going through the roof on price.  Everyday supplies are dwindling even things like Domestos, Jeyes, Parazone is become increasingly difficult to get.  I found some Disinfectant cleaner in the back of my warehouse 73 bottles and it was gone within hours once we got it listed on EBay, Amazon and my Website.
