Every line of serious work that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic socialism, as I understand it - George Orwell

Here's another exercise you want to try.
Strengthen the muscles of the wrist, upper limb and scapula / Weight bearing exercises through your arms can help to improve scapula stability

Yes put this up because hear many people complain about how they have numbness in the hands, fingers, tennis elbow etc.
Then some people say they do some sort of excises to stretch there  tendons.
But no one has actually shown how they done.
So when found this thought it would at least give everyone an idea of how to do these excises.

Pulling you’re fingers back like that in the picture will stretch tendons in the forearm and  get rid of golfers elbow that’s 1 of the exercises I did for it,massage the inside of the forearm prior to doing this exercise.
You might have suffered from this for ages but if you do this alone with the massage it disappears within days.
