Lance / nozzle question

Are these generally fixed ie can I take the nozzle etc off to put a turbo nozzle on instead of the current setup. Had mole grips and spanner on and it's not budging?

yes  the nozzle is  just screwed onto the lance - usually pretty tightly

we use quick release so nozzle changes are quick and easy
