leaking dump valve
« on: July 03, 2006, 05:03:13 pm »
Does any body know of an effective and quick cure for a leaking dump valve?

I had removed from machine to give it a good clean and remove any residule that might have been trapped , therefore hoping this would cure the problem, alas no better :'(

upon closer inspection  I noticed that the moving shut off door was seating ok into groove, but obviously worn over a period of time, allowing leakage.

Any suggestions ?

probably find there are two rubber seals, one either side if the slide. These just need to be replaced.
