Had been a custard for 3 years b4 they moved
Bearing in mind she ignored my last text
how would you reply
I’d have been happier if she had of said the builders have now finished

If it were me I would tell her when I'm in her new area next and leave it at that.

I would say sure, send me your address and ill have a look on google maps, do you have a conservatory etc ? how many windows ?

then come up with a good price and thats that
