Is it possible to include two jobs at seperate addresses and put them on one invoice sent to head office?

Yes.  Click on the main job in question then click add another job to it.  When in the screen you are given the option to edit or add.

Am I being thick I cant see add another job to it option?

Click on the job file.

The one you click to say job done.  When you click job done you will see the add button underneath.

The other way is to go to System from main screen and and select invoice addresses.  Add the client here.    Then create a seperate job file for each job and after the screen for address you will see invoice address.  Pull it from the invoice list you have just created
