Dear All,

I have a Cleansmart Magma and after a recent PAT test my electrician said that the actual
element tubes in the Core are gradually retarding and at some point will need replacing.

Anyone got any suggestions where I can get some new ones? And  what part/model they are?

Hi Nathan, did you try Cleansmart? Mark recently did some repairs to my Magma and I thought the charge was very fair, hardly worth trying to do myself.
I’d recommend you give him a call for a quote for the parts and for doing the work.
