Applying hypo - X Jet ?

I'm looking for a easier way of applying hypo to patios which has black spots.

Ive got a gx390 15l- I was looking at the X jet m5 ? Would you say its a good and easy way of applying hypo ?

it is but for black spot you need a stronger mix and apply with a quality pump sprayer
