They normally clean pretty well and are fairly bullet proof. HWE, prespray with something like Prochem Fabric Restorer or Craftex Advanced Fabric Cleaner, or Citrus Premium etc... Treat like any other synthetic fabric upholstery really. Use a Dri-pod on each seat after cleaning.
For spillages a water claw is a must to get the nasties out of the foam.
