thanks for the replies chaps. I would like to employ them properly, so its fair on them as well. My plan would be to do a temporary contract for first 4-6 months, then offer them a proper contracts with holidays etc.
Just wandered if anyone can recommend a company or service, as like one have you have said, all of the free ones i've found need a few tweaks.

ACAS are the best people to speak to.

They can put you in touch with any relevant services
