I’m hoping to find someone to take over some estate agency work in Bedford, that’s one communal area every 2 weeks, the office and occasional exit cleans. This is currently staffed but I am looking to pursue other avenues. I also have an office clean just outside of Bedford, again currently staffed, done 3 times a week. All of this could easily be done by one person or left as is, ideal bolt on to an existing business or start up for a new one.
Turn over is £540 per month for the regular work plus any exit cleans. I’m not looking for fortunes for this work, just to make sure the customers are well looked after so offers invited. All equipment is on site for the offices.
