Student Accommodation Cleaning Tender Pricing

Hello to all,
I have set up my new cleaning business and i am looking for some help on a pricing for a student accommodation cleaning Tender as this will be my first one.
They are looking for a price per room basis. 127 single bedrooms, 22 kitchen deep cleans, and 25 studio apartments.
Any advice on this would be great, Thanks
