Hi guys, due to divorce and moving away at some point this n the future, I may need to sell my round.I currently have about 400 customers with possible income of 38000 per year if all are done on time.If I sold up, what would my round be worth? Many thanks, Gary
Depends mate. It's only my worth what someone is willing to pay for it.How long does it take to get round, wfp or trad, cash or online etc etc, so many factors Personally I would start at 10x and reduce it until someone buys it, but depends how desperate you are to sell and the quality 400 customers for 38k seems a bit on the low side price per property but again it depends where abouts you are.

As Gomo said at the beginning, like anything it's only worth as much as someone is willing to pay. My guess would be it's worth a few thousand at best but I've never bought any work. If it is just basically a list of customers and they don't take a liking to the buyer for whatever reason, the customer(s) could go elsewhere, and they have effectively bought nothing.
I’d have said it was worth a few k to someone on a minimum wage job but not much. Your prices are too low. Put all your prices up by 50% and see what’s left.
