Had a customer text last night to telling me in no polite terms that I need to come on a certain particular date for the next clean.I apologised and said I would be away on my annual family holiday on thay date. She then sent a rude message telling me thats bad customer service and that I should put customers demands first.

(and no she was not jesting either. Its her character all over having aways looked down on me in the past). Other than apologising again and recommending she finds someone else I can't see what else to say. I fact I am a little gob smacked.

Defiantly be an x customer 😂😂😂
Stop being awkward. Rearrange your holiday and do her windows when she wants. It's the only way forward.
Personally; i can see where she is coming from. The mistake is you gave her too much information; going on holiday.
