Anyone know landlords / house owners in London interested in communal areas cleaning - once a week or fortnightly?
We are a small family-run business based in west London. At the moment have few houses, but not easy to find more.
We are looking for communal parts clean only - cleaning and vacuuming staircases, corridors in blocks and houses divided into flats. We don't do domestic.
We've sent hundreds of emails to estate agents, also visited many of them in London but not much luck.
What we've noticed is that most of our jobs are from recommendation. If someone don't know you, will not trust you.
Any help will be much appreciated (landlords/estate agents contacts etc)
