fsc problem

i have 2   one is 20inch on castors    and  a 14 inch no casters   the 14 inch   was  hardly spinning  at all but when i shook  the  head it started   working fine       what could the problem be  it doesnt have an injector    any whare    for grease

Not knowing which model of FSC you have - Mine has a grease nipple on the in the top middle of the FSC where the handle is attached. I was advised to  grease every time i use it, which i do.

Does it spin by hand?

Have you checked the jets are not blocked and still at a slight angle to give the bar momentum
