yet another gutter vac question
« on: April 29, 2018, 05:58:20 pm »
I have a gutter vacuum, and 51mm diameter poles and hose accordingly.
the vacuum has seen better days, so I am looking at getting a new one .( just the vacuum)

I was looking at getting an 80 ltr 3000w  from ebay .
my question is .......
will I need to adapt the hose outlet on the vacuum to fit my 51mm hose? and if so how?

Very likely as 38mm seems standard

If your old vac has had it take the inlet off that and put on your new one

thanks darran
My poles are alloy,  I know they are heavy, but built to last.
I have a friend who does fabrication , so Im sure he will be able to put my old hose outlet on the new one.
I dont use the vac that often, but it is a handy tool to have , only gets used about once a week
