with 10-11 vans on the road how many headaches do you get complaints etc, gates, wrong houses cleaned, people saying they paid and haven't etc
i think i need to pop and see you for 3 hours!!
We really dont get many problems at all because I have systems in place for those things.
We now have 86% of our customers on gocardless, it will be 100% over the next 12 months. We probably get 2 or 3 re cleans a week out of 600 cleans. A wrong house was cleaned last week but was the first one of those in months. Gates - every customer gets a text alert the night before, If its still locked the cleaner can use a ladder to go over or just do the front only, (we do reduce the price for this but are considering changing that down the line).
Day to day there is always something to deal with, thats why I employ 2 full time office staff, which leaves me totally free to deal with our equipment and vans, marketing, plans for growth ect. I do not run the day to day operation of the business anymore. lol Im sat at home in my dressing gown right now!
