And George runs on your tablet or laptop direct.  No cloud to slow you down.  And no monthy fees. Although a bit out dated and not for everyone but does what it says on the tin.

i find it ok most of the time.5pm-6pm seems to be slower than other times but not slow enough to annoy me.it could be your internet connection maybe?

As I type the usual spinning wheel of death is showing on Cleaner Planner. The system is great when it works but it's useless for a busy office. 
So we had five new customers today, all where GC and it took over an hour to load into CP. Doesn't matter which browser you use.
I'm looking for an alternative.

It's easy to just back up straight to cloud storage automatically.  No issues if your device goes bang.  It's not rocket science

We don't have that problem at all and theres 3 of us in the office using it all day long. It can be a bit slow late afternoon. Its not cleaner planner its the connection speed, the computer you use and the local internet infrastructure.

It’s nothing to do with individual connection speeds of users.

It’s cleaner planner’s server, and the way the software itself  works.

It was probably not designed for as many users as it now has, and my guess is that it’s not possible to speed it up without completely re-writing the whole thing.

Given that once promised features have long ago been abandoned, I would very much doubt there’ll be any update. I think all work on improvements has ceased for good.

What browser are you using?

I use Chrome. 3 PCs in the office. Hangs are rare but they do happen.

Being quite rural our internet connection is the culprit I reckon.



That is good for here...

Some internet services (like Sage One) simply don't work here at all, cleaner planner works fine.
