Am i missing a trick here , i thought you where accused of scratching the glass when removing cement ? If so put some cement on a window, let it dry for a week or so then do the video ?

Just for me to clarify again........Im not being accused of scratching the glass due to cement removal.  The cement removal was on different panes. It got brought into discussion because of a related question.

But sure, next time i come across concrete splattered windows that ive been asked to clean (which is very very easy with hot water) I will do a video out of interest and also to protect myself by showing my method does not cause scratching.

Keep reading on (i think as i cant be bothered to read all the posts on that thread to find it)  and you will find that i also said similar to my above thread!!

That post that you have linked to does not say its the window in question. But i did say they had splatter on them, as look at the picture. There are many panes of glass there. My statement also said i didnt want to bring it up with them to further spark their claims. In other words they would say it was done in past then when removing the splatter. How do I prove there was no splatter on those last couple of panes. Yes I could say there isnt any scratches on the other panes of glass but they can also counter that by saying there was no concrete on thos other panes. Round n round we go!  So NO, i dont want to give them something to try and use against me.

Does that spell it out more clearly Dry clean.   Do I have to spell it out more clearly in every post I do or every post ive ever done!!

Do the same on your house window ,
Let the brush rest against brickwork before cleaning  or let it fall on to floor do not bang it against glass this  releases the debris and is washed down the glass.
This should be better experiment.

......or better still, dip your wet brush in some builders sand and give the window that catches the low sun a good old scrub.

Have we decided on this yet, in the traditional CIU manner. Like we did when new WFP bods announced on their websites if customers continued using traditional window cleaners they’d be liable if there was an accident because someone suggested it on here?
