thanks for the kind words it is hard work and a mine field of politics but i am hoping [ and looks like ] it will be a success and hopefully be the start of a yearly event . as andy said it s at dorrington farm . but as i have said on others forums i will post a flyer  with a form to send back via email and fax to confirm any booking no fee will be taken all i ask is that people who book keep their promise and turn up as food and drink will be bought.
the amount of people who have emailed  and phoned me is encouraging, and tells me it will be a good turn out.

Flying what agreat idea, I just checked out ryan air £33 return from newquay, any one going from the southwest, we could share costs from the airport
