Cleaning wooden connys

Never cleaned a wooden un.

Any potential problems, do they clean up as easy upvc?

I have cleaned loads ....some dry perfect others are a nightmare for spotting/runs....

Pot luck I guess  ;D

i mean the frames, do they come up easily like upvc?

glass isnt a problem

I found that the hardwood conservatories can be problematic if they are neglected, which 99 percent of them are anyway.

Steer clear of the wooden finials, they are most usually rotten

Watch out for:
Paint flaking on your brush
Slithers of rotten wood coming away
leaks (check the inside every 10 mins)
It will only look as good as the paint finish (tell the custy you can only do your best)
and more leaks.

Shes having it re-painted so only wants it cleaning up ready for this, so not bothered about me knocking lumps out of it.  :o
