What's so special about it ?

Special? Well it cleans windows like your squeegee does today, however, whereas there has been changes in the regular channel market and handle designs over the years, wide bodied channels prefered by those cleaning a lot of store fronts have seen no alterations ( you could argue 'why change it, if it ain't broke, right?).
The Legend Channel has tapered ends allowing the window cleaner to navigate corners better with very little detailing. It's not advertised as a precision tool like the Liquidator, for example.... but we found the tapered end helped reduce detailing overall.
It is super light... in fact in this video, I gave it to my employees and Mikey said just that ( Video -  https://youtu.be/gg9f55qkfdU ) 

Overall, it's a nice channel to work with and always down to personal preference. When you're talking pounds for these items...I dont think twice about spending a few quid to see what it's like, if I like the look of something.

Where can I buy one from?

So, I know that Black Diamond currently has exclusive distribution in the USA and Europe. The Legend Channel was designed by a Canadian window cleaning supply company called WCS , they share the Canadian distribution with Mark Strange's window cleaning  supply company, A Beautiful View. All these companies have websites and you can buy online.

You can use any rubber, so the usual brand you like is OK. Black Diamond are making a specifically cut rubber as the channel has a tapered end, I understand.
Also, what this channel allows which other wide bodies did not is that it can take both square top or rounded bulb squeegee rubber. The easy inserts are far better than the bulky clips found on wide bodies too.

it looks a bit chunky bit like the unger ninja i clean over 80 shop fronts a week and found the wagtail best for me i had the 36 inch channel in the ninja but it was a recking ball of a squeegee lol to big and heavy i tryed my m8s smaller one think it was a 20 inch and still couldent get on with it

I love a new toy Lee. Some new products are a let down but these are brilliant. Either with the ninja handle or the ettore handle that I use.

Hi Dean, I've just ordered a couple of Legend channels, just wondered what you love about them, i like to try anything new
just to see if its better than what I'm using already.
