Transit Custom or Peugeot Expert
« on: May 15, 2017, 05:54:33 pm »
I'm just about to order a new van. It's for an employee to drive. Expert (if so which model bearing in mind it's for staff) or Custom 290 base. The Custom has bluetooth which is the only must have. It will be a one man van but will carry a guttervac as well as a tank obviously.

Expert all day but not the 1.6.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

Custom - Although i live near a Ford test centre and i see a new one being road tested the other day so a face lift model is coming..  i guess that means the previous shape will be knocking out a bit cheaper soon (if you're buying new)

I own a 14 Custom and it has 36K on the dial. It pulls a 500litre Grippatank and GutterVac daily and i use it in my spare time as i don't own a car. So far I've only had to buy two front tyres, brakes and a fuel filter and it starts every day without fail. Its very quick too!
