Tosh has, unfortunately, decided to step down as moderator for this section. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank him for the time and effort he's put into the forum and hope he'll still stay around if only to keep our Scottish members on their toes 

They're big shoes to fill but Trevor Knight has very kindly offered to take over from him. Although I'd like to think he'll have very little to do, I do accept it can be a difficult job keeping all the people happy all the time and I would remind members to use the 'report to moderator' function for anything they think is 'unprofessional'. Although we try our best, it is very easy to miss something that should be removed.

Many thanks again to Tosh and Trevor, and indeed to all the moderators who volunteer to 'keep the peace'

Tosh, as Archie says, your posts are always worth reading and I have gained a lot of information from you in the little time I have been part of the site for which I am grateful even though I havent always agreed with some of your views. 

Being self employed is time consuming and Mods have to add in extra time to keep this lot in hand and I am sure people here appreciate the work you guys do.

Thanks for your contributions and hard work and my best for the future.

Seriously though, I think being a mod while working full time must be quite high on the scale of serious committment and even higher on the scale of dedication and on top of that, done voluntarily.

Thanks Tosh for doing a great job and also for being very fair and balanced mod with well thought out input.

Tosh it doesnt really matter if youre moderator or not you have contributed some great posts and have been fair and always speak your mind in a honest way.
