been offered a site its on page one of google £50 a month to rent it as such is this a good deal ?

Simply put...

no..

You can get it up there by using the right keywords and over time it will make its way up..

If they fudge it, google will strip the data  from its web crawlers and your back to square one.. some companies offer to get you on page one, but this takes time..

Do people in Rochdale have google ?? :P
