Just think how much hassle having to get the ladders off the van and fart about puttimg them back on for Free. Sod that for a game of soldiers. ::)roll

If someone did a job at my property and didn't leave it exactly the way it was before they arrived, I would expect them to repair any damage wouldn't you??

As far as the customer is concerned it was fine before you touched it.

I knocked one off of those Georgian windows a while ago, it fell in the gutter of jutty out type bay window below. I couldn't get the ladder up to put it back on so I left it and never said owt.  Got away with it
