i may pop in and buy one of these with my tips  :-\

There's a garage in sunningdale called super Ventura that sells motors like that.
Iv seen Bugatti veyrons, pagani zondas and koenigseggs in there a few times.
If only I could get through 35-40 houses in sunningdale/Virginia water a day, I might be able to afford one.
Where's that link for the head torch again...
Or easier still,  get more fools on board who think their gutters require to be cleared out 4 times a year.

Not working today?
Storm youranidiot put a stop to your 40 house a day exploits?
Oh well, more gutters for me to clean ;D

Fed up with little if no tips this last two weeks,so after every clean for the last couple of weeks I've been adding £3 to the bill for my tips ,so I then get a tip off everyone, and with 500 accounts this is now working very well.
is this a wind up
???? no why would it be

done 20 houses today so thats £60 today alone

Just drove by 2 shiners cleaning a house traditionally. The guy up the ladder was wearing an elf costume and chap cleaning downstairs was in santa dress.  Not the warmest of costumes to be working in, but its one  way to perhaps get more tips if it means that much.

You’d feel a right twit if you went to work dressed like that and came home with zilch.

So far my tip experience this year has been £5.00. I gave it back to her, she’s a frail old bird, very gentle lady, who is caring for her husband who’s on his last legs. I know they (especially the old birds) don’t like tips to be refused but given their circumstances this year felt it more appropriate that way.

Once I went over to WFP tips just fell off the horizon for me.

Put it this way if I received a bill from a window cleaner with extra added on for a xmas tip I would tell them to go do one. I would also be mad as hell if vulnerable people like old folk in the family or friends where trying to be taken advantage of and received one too.

That is just bang out of order and fradulant if you ask me.

Storm, what storm? perfect weather here ;) Aye workin for a few hours this mornin, just the one big house today tho, in & out. I do have a lot of bigger properties to clean as well you know....honest ;D.  I can't hit the same hourly rate on these bigger properties tho, prefer my 40 plus a day houses, they are much more lucrative ;)

We've had two £10 tips and a box of After Eight Mints.

And neither of us are currently eating sugar!  >:(

I think after a good few years of cleaning, customers just take us for granted, like we're an auld pair of socks. :'(

One of my custys made me a new coffee he's bought , it was ok but nothing special. When I'd finished, he said merry Christmas and gave me a Nescafé coffee sachet . 😎

At least dizmond was able to boast about his £20 donation though.

In all honesty this is not a wind up

I see it like this,I've continued to give a brilliant service to my customers over 11 years and thought that this year that a extra £3 each wasn't to much to ask ,the ones who normally give me £20 are actually saving money which I've been thankfully for
This week alone I've done £274 which ain't bad for a week and with two weeks left before xmas then I be doing better than last year

Daz would you like £20 paid back :-/
