A well established cleaning company is looking for sub-contractors to carry out cleaning duties on an ongoing basis. You will be self employed and have your own van and equipment. We will supply you with work so you can carry out cleaning services which range from end of tenancy cleans, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, office cleaning, and window cleaning. You will earn a substantial income from this opportunity which can be discussed with you.
To apply you must:
Know how to meet customers’ expectations and keep them satisfied
Have sufficient command of English including service-specific terminology
Ability to carefully look after and maintain a sustainable client base
Desire and capacity to work honestly and hard in the name of your business
Reliability and capacity to learn
Depending on the service you might need different type of equipment and/or vehicle. You will be advised thoroughly what is that you need in order to be professional at delivering a service. Most services require human resource so it might be a good thing to be prepared with having a few people who you can start working with.
