What colour light is on the controller? Check the connectors on all the wires. Analogue has the pressure switch wired in. Digital controllers bypassed the pressure switch in the past. Modern controllers are protected from pole reversal, I don't know how, could be an internal fuse.


Have you tried turning the dial up and callibrating the unit?

ive removed from the van now,  ill test it with another battery , and a bucket of water, and double check the wireing

The red and GREEN light stays on.

ill connect the pump wires onto the battery to see if it sucks the water up , and comes out the other side hose.

its a bit dark but this is the controller,     yes its wired correctly.       ill double check it out over the weekend when its phing down
