[Small but perfectley formed]

Has any one with a slx with new type clamps had problems with it spinning ,
The Pole is  about 9 months and when collapsed every section now spins .

It is probably the clamps  expanding due to the summer heat just tighten the lever bolts a bit. I am always adjusting the clamps at this time of the year.

In 9 years I am on my second SLX 25  used and abused as all day-every day poles. The smart clamps are fantastic and only add to the longevity of such a good pole! Try tightening the clamps and maybe servicing them.

Have never been impressed by the smart clamp, they only came into existence because of poor operators, not
joking give me a supplier who can make a pole similar to the Gardiner pole before the smart clamp and you will have a customer for life.

I actually used my spare pole with the old clamps this week one of the days ........it was awful compared to the smart clamps! 

The smart clamps are brilliant .

I've literally adjusted the smart clamp until the section has become so thin it eventually snapped. The clamp should never leave the pole spinning. Not ever.
