Had it been around the £30 mark I would have bought one but at £50, nope.

I'll be doing the same - making my own.

The fan jets look awesome , so does the brush , might be worth a try
That's what I'm thinking too.
I have numark fan jets already on a flocked brush and these look very similar.
I would cut the threaded socket off and fit a quick lock socket ( seen in the facebook pics somebody had already done that )
[/quote

i just bought 1 of these

barry have you got a pic of how you fitted your lurmark jets , i got some from an agricultural supplier & can't see any way to fit them at all

Do yours look like these ? as in they already have a brass barb on them.
For me it was just a simple case of drilling holes and pushing them in, I used a bit of araldite to hold them firmly as I think I used a slightly oversized drill bit.

So a guy buy's in chepo off the shelf brushes from china in not very large quantities may I add. Sticks in two jets and then flogs them on for nearly 50 squid. Way to go...   ::)roll

I did chuckle at the lichen busters jets too . What is this guy on as now he is saying that softer brush in a way is no good now so  you now need to buy the new stiffer bristle brush with the new lichen and spour busting jets...ffs  ;D ;D

Having watched the video, surely it's a case of turning up the water pressure?

It can't be that simply one make of fan jet rinses better or worse than another just due to design? The spray angle may be different but the fan jet cannot deliver more water unless the pressure is higher.

Yeah, £50. More fool any who buy it.

Why not just hypo the crap out of stuff instead of all that brushing?
Doh!   sorry I meant softwash stuff instead...If it's good enough for the yanks then it's good enough for me...Yehaa!  ;D

Spray on (with an wfp if overspray is an issue) & rinse if you want...Job done.

After all the guy also sells those battery powered pis chemical sprayers or whatever they are called too. Not alot of good if wanting to reach 3 storey stuff though or say gable ends on 2 storey etc  ::)roll

Fair play to him if he can shift a few of them, some people just cant be bothered with diy, agree though that the sum of those parts just does not equal £50. That's the beauty of the internet and social media - anybody can wing it and make a few quid if they want to.

the spray is wider  but not as powerful as xline fans & about the same as gardiner fans, but the wide spray &  bristle placement make it pretty good when your on a customers tap,

unless i have step by step instructions i'm crap at diy so it was worth it to me & i've looked all over for the jets but can't find them

You're helping him sell them by saying that and giving the impression that they're a must have item because 'everyone buys them'. The power of advertising.

Anyone tried these yet, he said you won't find the fans anywhere as he has ten made himself?
