Nope spend too long on here in the mornings have a habit of skipping Mondays have a tendency to daydream while
out on the job and If a mate happens to be off work on the day I clean his property then a days window cleaning can end up as a
day on front of the box watching and talking nonsense about the latest box set.
But as long as my customers and I are happy then no harm done.

Ops I forgot to mention I don't like cleaning in the rain.

so really your hearts not in this window cleaning lark is it sean? ;D

working half arsed under half steam, skipping mondays, not working in bad weather........to me it sounds like a nightmare.personally id hate to work like that.i dont know how you make any money TBH.

Your right mate at this moment in time my heart is not in it, but I had 6 very profitable and enjoyable years at it the last two not
so much.
I cant decide should I knuckle down and continue or call it a day and try something different.

Try some vision mate, completely invigorating  ;D

Apart from the fact a lot of your customers will be unhappy in the fact they have an unreliable window cleaner who is hit and miss.

He doesn't, but he knows to tell others how to  ;)

Exactly, how do you think I got into the position of being able to take a relaxed approach I have never claimed a penny in
benefits and as of yet haven't found a way to live on fresh air. ;)

It's a fine line between being relaxed and being a bum ;)

That's the scary part they're not or at least haven't done anything to make me think otherwise, I wonder how many of our
customers would really care if they where only getting 5 or 6 cleans a year instead of 9 to 12 with no penalties cost wise.

Should you not be working instead of being on here at this time of the day, if your not careful you could drop back below
the VAT threshold. ;D

No danger of that. I operate van 2 which isn't yet full so it means I finish early some days.

There no such thing as finishing early when building an empire.

I'm generally fairly laid back in my approach. As long as all schedule work is completed within its set week I'm happy.

Very efficient today though. Brought a load of week 1 work forward today so I can bugger off skiing for a week in the French Alps.

Nearly a record day too   ;D

Hi Gary, thats the absolute beauty of being self employed, you can organise your own working day,
starting time finishing time, how many jobs you want to do etc etc.
