I imported a bottle of Vision and found that it also left spotting on glass that water beads on.
Heading out to clean windows now (am in NZ)

I was suspicious the old vision caused spotting on certain windows as well.
The new mix iv had no problems with, been using it a few weeks now, regularly checking glass at different viewing angles, so far so good.
My own windows are hydrophobic and look ace after being cleaned with the newer vision.
