But you said you were using hot water to wash off all the black stuff that had fallen out of the gutters during the storms, surely that would have happened straight after you had cleaned peoples windows during the bad weather seeing as you work in it, so minutes later there windows would be dirty again?
maybe, maybe not but who cares?i dont.a few times last week i worked the mornings in pretty dryish weather then the storms came in the afternoon and i sacked it off.ive not been back to check the windows after the storms.
so what do you suggest i do?have the whole day off because its forecast heavy rain/storms later?

take today for example.ill work 930am-4pm in dry weather but i know its forecast to be terrible by 6pm.heavy rain.
if i had your attitude id never get round half my work in winter time.
i clean a months(or 2 months) dirt off the windows.whatever happens 5 mins,10 mins,a few hours later is irrelevant.i cant control the weather and customers understand this.
even if some of the windows are slightly dirty again 5 mins later.they wont be as dirty as they were before i cleaned them.
ill also be collecting tonight in the rain!
