Totally agree with Shrek . I thought Tadgh was going to be like someone else that used to be on here trying to sell dodgy products at high prices . I was wrong he really does take the time to make sure your emails are answered . His Nuclean is top notch works trad wfp and is unbelievable on plastic guttering .

Why do you say that nuclean is top notch compared to what else have you tried exactly?
Hi Smurf, i can tell you from having over 30 years experience in this industry and having used all types of different cleaning chemistries throughout this time without mentioning any names, NuClean is top notch and its actually so far ahead of any products that are normally spoken about on here when it comes to safe and effective results on all types of surfaces,  i am not trying to be big headed about this but just being genuine from having a wealth of knowledge and experience over many years in this industry.  Tadgh

To be fair green algae on conny's and fascias is not much of a test for metabolic chemistry, where it really shines is when you need to deep clean heavily ingrained traffic film and soils from  upvc surfaces, vinyl cladding, etc.NuClean diluted at 30-1 will give very safe and effective results without causing detrimental damage to any surface its used upon, also if its used in any type of sprayer you don't have to worry about overspray floating in the air and damaging surroundings. Yes the overspray aspect has huge benefits, how would it cope with what?

Green algae on conny roofs facia's etc is no problem what I use a 1.5 litre hand sprayer . Spray some onto magic sponge /pad wipe over item to be cleaned then over with dry cloth job done ( if algae is really thick wipe twice ) . With a stiff brush and a bit of scrubbing will take off litchen from conny roofs . If plastic is in a reasonable condition it will shine like new . If its been in the sun for 20 years so much of a shine but still cleans . Have a customer that's ocd about cleaning and she is very happy with results .
Did a small bungalow sat prob only used half a bottle so only cost about 20p of Nuclean.
When trad on windows cost about 2p per gallon of water, wfp cost about 2p per 100 litres .

I do a pre treatment with UBIK usually and it's just melts the algae away. I am guessing your wont be like that. But would be better on clean roofs todo a deeper clean ?

What colour is NUCLEAN ?

I now do jobs now in  1/2-3/4 the time it used to take . Colour is purple or mauve cannot tell diff or spell

Hi Paul, yes the color is mauve and yes it won't dry onto glass like ubik 2000 or other similar cleaning chemicals based on sodium hydroxide.
