High winds with or without rain don't clean
Heavy rain don't clean.
Tip, stop looking at weather forecasts or apps as you will waste more time using them than you will save.

i agree with your last sentence sean. ;D

i worked all day today (9am-4pm).its probably the worst weather ive worked in all year.heavy rain nearly all day, fairly windy too at times.had 2 "not todays" but the rest of my scheduled work got cleaned.

waterproofs held up pretty well but im glad to be home and dry now. :)

I'm actually using the 4s ! ( I don't usually buy new phones until my old one breaks )
And it's pretty damn accurate on this so ,on newer phones, it might work better I'm not sure.
It's hammering down in Lancashire but had about an hour when it stopped, ( it actually says' rain in  12 minutes ) so it helped me plan for that, instead of getting ready for a full day, I just did an hour, then the rain started and I couldn't see looking up lol . It's saying dry tomorrow, so will hopefully catch up abit tomorrow .

i wear a cap with  hood up on my goretex jacket when cleaning in the rain.it stops most of the rain going in your eyes. ;)

'curtains' is the most accurate one I've used.

Always used BBC.

Now use msn weather on phone gives percentage chances of rain.

Also does state 0 percentage chance.

Being looking at this for last month been very accurate.

I know all follow met office but its amazing how different weather sites vary

The best app I've found is the human brain.
Is it too windy to work outside? Yes or No
Is it too wet to work outside? Yes or No
Is it too cold to work outside? Yes or No
Do you have better things to do? Yes or No
Answer Yes to any of the above and pack it in as it's a simple as that really.

Weather Channel app is about the best , But with a lot if forecasts TV or Apps the data is taken from local weather stations take the BBC weather app it will give the same forecast for within an approximate  10 mile radius of my home not bleeding accurate at all as quite a lot of weather is localised .

Every single app and forecast I've looked at for West Dorset and East Devon has been wrong - every day for the last fortnight including today  ???
