What I do is perch on the edge of the settee at night in front of the tv and do one arm pushes above my head with my wallet. Some nights I can only manage five repetitions.

Works for me.

;D ;D  funny as ever!!

Seeing as my body earns me a decent crust, I regularly go to the physio every 6wks. It's surprising how shoulder muscle attaches itself to other muscle and ceases to work correctly. Worth the money imo

My core strength is also crap and my spine is out of alignment which overall with my shoulder injury isn't great at all . So i am now  doing loads of crunches leg raises etc .

But for my shoulder he also told me to place my chin on my chest and rotate my shoulders a bit like shrugging do that x20 really fast multiple times a day .

I like  the part of the massage when she says have you had a massage with us before and asks you to turn over lol,I normally find once I've had the knots rubbed out of that muscle I'm fully fit again and ready for work lol ;D

Mike just got this book of amazon, been lazy and not got into a routine yet.

Read the customers reviews.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/1569757380/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1446160608&sr=8-1&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=healthy+shoulder+handbook&dpPl=1&dpID=51mKbaHZkpL&ref=plSrch

If you have success with it please post the exercises that worked for you.

I'm right handed and to grip the base of the pole in left hand.
read all posts and will make more of an effort with what's been suggested as aches in left shoulder good few months now.
 >:(

Good posts everyone.
