Hi - I am a window cleaner and have been asked to clean the windows inside and out for a show house which is no problem.  BUT they have also asked if I could clean the house on a weekly basis (dust hoover etc) and have no idea how long this would take for a four bed house or what to charge - would anyone be willing to give me any pointers for this

I have just started my own cleaning business, depending on how quick you are a four bed should take between 60  - 90 mins for a standard clean.  I charge £12 per hour but as its a show house you may get away with charging more but that could be risky and also depends how much you need the work.

Generally with any clean I do a deep clean first to ensure that the house is spotless before I do their regular clean and I charge £20 per hour for that.
