Anyone use the xline fans?
I'm going to order one tomorrow (if i remember) and would get the fan jets
Not a big fan of the gardiners so usually drill a bigger hole and fit the lumark (blue), would i probably have to do the same with the x line brush?

i just bought a couple of these both with fans &  they're bigger n more powerful than gardiners fans

Bought a couple of sill brushes from X-Line  today, will see how we get on!!

Got to give them their dues though, I was happy to pay the extra but they threw in the fan jets for free!

Funny enough the best product Wagga got given was an SLX pole and the review he gave was his worst yet,hardly said much at all by with the telegraph pole called reach it he couldn't say enough lol

Doesn't matter how well a brush cleans now after using extreme brushes I can't get on with any others they just seem to heavy even if the difference is minimal

i was using a SL medium mixed brush today for a few houses and even though its a good brush its too heavy to use all the time with an xtreme 25 pole.reaching over a pitched roof conny to get the window above it and i thought the pole was gonna snap!

i just use it on very dirty first cleans usually.

if the xline brushes are the same weight as a superlight then im out.too heavy im afraid.

extreme or supreme brushes for me due to the lightness.they make a hell of a difference to rigidity at full extension at angles(of which ive had a lot of awkward windows to clean this week)plus a lot less strain on arms and shoulders.

The xline brushes are bigger then Gardiners, if they were the same size they would weigh about the same.
The extra couple of centremetres in the xline give them that extra couple of grams in weight, but it isn't really that noticeable.
Xline wins hands down for scrubbing power and that for me is easily worth a tiny bit of extra weight.

Totally agree, done a first clean for a friend today they had just moved in and the windows where filthy, changed over to my
superlight just to see if the so called extra scrubbing power would help compared to an xtreme brush.
Absolutely no difference in the scrubbing power and why anybody would choose to use a brush like that for everyday work
is beyond my reasoning, it turned my SLX into a fiberglass xtel.

at one time i thought the SL was the lightest brush EVER after using vikans and brodex brushes!

its whatever you get used too.

the problem is the extra strain on elbows/shoulders with heavier brushes and poles over the course of say 10 years  poling every day.its such an unnatural movement to do day in/day out hence why im sticking to lighter brushes and poles.

Seriously some of you guys must have arms like twiglets. We're talking about a few grams here and there, such minimal weight differences that I find barely noticeable.
There's just nothing on extreme brushes to make them to make them effective window cleaning brushes and they are by far the worst brushes for cleaning sills, especially upstairs.

xtreme brushes are great for barely dirty maintenance cleans i find and clean the sills ok.you have to watch you dont catch the stock on the sills though.

i have big arms but with playing drums as well i want to keep strain to a minimum plus im in my mid forties now.im taking care of my elbow joints and rota cuffs!

a few grams of extra weight makes a huge difference when the pole is fully extended at awkward angles to clean them windows over connys and extensions(i have a lot of them on some parts of my round!)

Use an xtreme brush for a few months and then go back to your heavier brush I guarantee you will notice the difference,
I don't clean sills as most of the properties I clean have bare concrete sills so I could see where that might be an issue.
