had a custie 2day "left windows in a right state last month,not long after cleaning them" straight away I knew the tell tell signs."pigeon"its must be the vision ive been using,must of blinded it with the shine ;D

Some do try it on for sure as obviously she was after a free clean after the bird strikes.

I hope you stood your ground and charged her too as she sounds a right pain in the arse..

I have one custy that was so feedup of birds hitting her windows that she stuck bird prints on the outside of her windows to help stop  bird strikes and she seems to think it works. It must do too as I've never had to clean a bird strike off her glass yet  ;D

I have one that's constantly throwing stale bread out in her back garden to feed the birds, she then complains when they
plaster her windows as a thank you.
