How much would you charge to clean this (trad)?
« on: July 28, 2015, 12:03:41 am »

Got this job through today, looks interesting. I told him £20 but first time £30.

I think I will need a big step ladder for it but hopefully I can lean the extension ladder normally. The amount of frames and tiny windows will make it hard to clean I'm guessing.

Yes just pole the lot and don't go OCD on it, there's too much going on there to get it perfect or for the customer to
notice the odd mistake.

That looks like one of those nightmares where you suddenly wake up covered in sweat and realise you have a wfp set up  ;D

he did say "bit tricky to clean". I knew judging by that tone it won't be easy. will go over there to have a look in the morning on wednesday. I hope I'm charging enough

Little waffle cloth should sort that out.

I reckon a lot of those frames would leak with wfp, trad the only way to do a thorough job, would be interested to know how long it would take you, me thinks twice as long as you've quoted for.

It looks to be a restaurant so I would say they are well sealed and better installed than they look, give the frames a good scrub and shouldn't get many problems doing them WFP.
Like I have already said its that busy looking that you wont notice a few drips and spots here and there, would take you forever
to trad them.

I can't see anywhere for ladders to be put up safely to clean that lot, and I am trad!
