I'm thinking of charging £7 for the front and I will do it traditionally. For the whole house I'm thinking of charging £15-20 depends on the size of the property. Does that sound fair to you?

£10.00 minimum for the fronts. You need to introduce a minimum charge.

If access is easy round the back double the price, assuming there's nothing excessive on the backs. I'm presuming not. Offering up one picture of t he fronts, its not exactly a clear picture, and asking for an accurate price isnt the best way to get an accurate answer.

Something of the backs would help with a description of how accessible the rear of those houses is, what parking is like and maybe how many you have in the road.

yeah I will need to ask about that. I'm sure there's a way. will phone up the local council to findout more about parking permitts.

thats the tricky part especially in London, people develop their properties alot. They may or may not have extensions or extra windows at the back. If I clean the back as well then I'm assuming £20 minimum? If it has frameless glass doors then is it reasonable for me to charge £25?

would it be easier to charge per window instead?

Just give them a price, bare minimum of £20.00. Youll ge the feel of the street. If they jump down your throat at 20 make the next one 25, see how it pans out.

I do work in East London and I have a minimum price of £20 for anything how ever small. Although most never query it, if they do I cite parking problems and travel time which most seem to understand.

It may be harsh but in London I tend to be like so many other business's are, if you are not prepared to pay the price then ffff off.

I also drive like a maniac possessed when up there just the same as everyone else.

You charge £20 even if you just only cleaning the front? Or is that only for once off jobs? I can't imagine charging that for regulars. You'll be charge £40 for the whole house!

Also how do you deal with parking problems? Do I need to get a permitt in all territories that I want to operate in?

I have a lot of work in east london over by woodford.
Some crackng work up there! Also i have rows and rows of terrace over in the Walthomstow area. I wouldnt say a lack of cleaners about but defo less competition than se london.
