This reminds me very much of when Alex had a 'stalker' like Sean.
Every time someone mentioned Gardiners poles this pillock would pop up and regularly rubbish the clamps, rubbish the brushes and support Tekbuck. In the end he even accused Gardiners of buying their poles from China and went to the trouble of buying his own and publishing the internet address right under Alex's nose - proper little twerp.
Alex being professional like he is responded in a most dignified way and never once lost his cool even sending more clamps out and offering to take the pole back for inspection. Obviously he was too much of a troll to contact Gardiners direct and seemed to want to ruin their reputation.
Really dragged the forum down.

If only I could remember his name ................................

Who was that Dave..?

Sean K...Why does it bother you so much if people use vision..?

And Terry Burrows is probably on another TV presenting course that he likes to let people know he's been on, its why he's had to go for another 2 years...

Don it doesn't bother me that people use Vision, it bothers me that they come on here and give out bad advice
in order to promote it.
Take what Dazmond said on dodgy black seals for example, instead of learning an easy technique to overcome this problem
a newcomer is going to think by adding this stuff to their tank then the problem will be solved.
We all know that this wont be the case and there will still be the odd drop that will run down the glass which could have an adverse
effect on somebody trying to build a decent reputation.
But to be honest Don I also enjoy posting on these topics, I would be doing the same if it was about additives and nobody had
a financial interest.

All this arguing about vision in pure is pointless to me  personally,  when all I need
is my 30ppm tap water to do the  job ;D
... and a squeegee.  ;)

We have already covered that one...keep up ;D

Just for the record......

We have never asked anyone to post about vision, and We never mention vision unless it's a question directly to us, or we feel vision is being misrepresented in some way.

Vision is there for those that want to use it. Nothing more, nothing less and We are the exact opposite of "pushy".

A bit of peace from it would be nice.  :)

"who was that dave?"
Well, he's one of the boys, comes from Wakefield.
Ironic really.

Yes I was warned of troll  crap lol they were right  Small minded window cleaners lol

Jonny, you said: "For the record we have never asked anyone to post about vision ..."

Yet Terry Burrows comes on here (see the post of his from earlier in this thread which I have quoted) after 3 years absence telling us about Vision and says the above.

Did Terry really - after being asked to try vision - all on his own,  post about it with no discussion between him and the promoters of vision? If not who are "they"?

What happened to the seals and did this happen because of vision ?

100% Granville we have never asked terry or anyone to post about vision. Terry's post does look suspicious I'll be honest, but we havnt.

We have no promoters of vision as such. The owners of it are myself David kemp and Kevin coggan.

Terry's post isn't even about vision for WFP. We gave him a trad version that we are currently working on to test and try and help him speed up, and this is what he is talking about. Not the vision that every one else is using.

Contrary to what some would think we are just three window cleaners that have been using WFP additives for years, and when we realised what a unique product we had with vision we decided to get it approved and put it to market.

Vision was available for a while and we didn't mention it on here or any forum. Our ethos was that word would just spread itself, and we never wanted to push anything. I think Ben m started a thread with a link and then it just snowballed from there, and since then we've only ever posted on questions or mis truths about vision.

I could vouch for that.  I was talking to Terry at the trade show and he mentioned that he was going to try vision to reduce drag and perhaps make his squeegee go a bit faster.  Didn't sound like anyone had approached him then as he said he was going to try it.

So why Did Terry Burrow's post on CIU then? So he just thought 'I know what, I'll post this on CIU' just as a random thought having not posted on here for 3 years? Yeah, right.

I'm not having a go at anyone, especially not Terry Burrows as in the past he posted so much helpfull stuff, especially at the beginning of CIU, but it is a bit coincidental, yes? So nothing at all was said about CIU?

Business is always business and that is how business works and I see nothing wrong in that but all this 'purely by chance' or 'purely by coincidence' or 'of his own choice' is a load of bollards.

We really have nothing to gain by doing that. At the time terry posted this, there was still about three threads talking about vision. The same goes for alot of forums.  What good is one more?

If anything I feel all this talk about vision is sickening a lot of people. We are happy to just let people find vision themselves and we don't feel the need to push it.  We aren't a big business that needs to drum up sales, we are three window cleaners this is just a little side project.

Face book groups are the same. People are buying vision and posting pictures of it, to then be bombarded with a select few that say they must have been given it free for advertising etc. It's not the case.

You only need to go back to these first posts to find out how much this isn't the case, I seen early on that when somebody posted
a negative comment about this product then you would get the same group of guys all posting about how they all thought it was brilliant, they would quickly follow every negative comment.
More or less trying to discredit anybody who had anything bad to say about it and tying to put others off from even posting
on the product unless it was positive.
If anybody tried to push the issue then the bullying would kick in.
Some of these so called just likers of the product even got extremely angry on the subject.
