Broke my toes .ouch!

Went out with the wife and kids to get some tiles today . Picked up the box and they all fell out  on my toes😭😷  got 2 black toes now

It sounds to me like you might have a reasonable case for compensation if they are packing them in boxes that aren't up to the job.
I don't usually go along with the compensation culture but you are presumably in pain and will probably need a bit of time off work.
