Surely with its popularity it should be coming down?

So sales may not be that great then, as bulk buying would drastically reduce material prices...

That's ok.

10p or 15p isn't much of an increase.

The price has not changed since we launched our website in December.

The new prices take effect as of this Friday (8th may).

It's Less than £2 increase overall, only on the single and twin pack.

The triple pack is staying the same with no price rise.

It's probably gone up in price because it's selling well rather than not at all regardless of costs involved.

Greed creeps in. Its not even established it self  as a must have product. Its a real dumb move.

I'm not going to post about prices anymore but feel I should explain, as the reasons are not because of greed and certainly not because of poor sales.

The triple pack is still the same price. We've found Most people tend to stock up and buy the triple pack, so for those there is no change in price at all.

We have had an increase in some of our costs so that has to be passed on at the moment. More importantly though it was the pricing structure that we needed to address.

There was a slight glitch' if you like, in that people could order one single pack, and one twin pack, and that would then work out cheaper than buying the triple pack. So by adjusting the prices by £1 this then got around that problem.

That's all it is. Nothing more, nothing less.

The price rises haven't even been implemented yet. We announced that we were having to make these adjustments so that we were being as transparent as possible,  as ideally we didn't want to make any price changes so soon after we opened the website.

 :)

if that's the case why not increase price of triple pack so that's £1 per bottle seems a lot to me .One way to lose customers is to put price up so soon

If we raised the price of the triple pack then this would impact our customers the most. The triple pack is our best seller.

Raising the single and twin by £1 should have the least effect on our customers.

As I've already said the triple pack is the exact same price, so most of our customers will not be effected.

???what has made people use this product ???,

were they not satisfied with cleaning windows with just there PURE water which they pay a premium already through RESIN.

i am quite happy with just PURE WATER with no impurities at all to clean on my rounds.

Im sure your customers will be exstatic that there windows are getting cleaned especially with VISION added to there PURE water, there neighbours will be so jealous ,   and want you to clean them

im baffled ,   what is it exactly helping to achieve that you can actually notice.

how can you actually improve PURE water        what can you add to it to make it more PURE  ??? ???

As Duncan Banatyne would say IM OUT ;)

give me one fact that makes it different from just using Pure water to clean and rinse. ;)

we all clean windows to make a wage, every penny adds up.     WFP cleaning is a lot more expensive enough than traditional cleaning.

i do both.
